Julian Whiteley

Julian has a wide ranging consultant brief at Constellation Group. As a result of his experiences in educational management and leadership, he is well qualified to offer guided strategic planning, whole school reviews, advice on the development of new and established schools, interviews for candidates for school leadership position, as well as Headteacher and Senior leadership coaching and performance reviews. Julian works with educators and business leaders all over the world and his strong international background ensures he that his professionalism and ability to solve problems and offer solutions is much in demand.

Having taught and led departments in UK schools, Julian’s senior leadership experiences included a time as a Deputy Head in Brazil, Headship of a leading UK co-educational day and boarding school and an extensive period as Head and Chief Executive Officer at United World College of South East Asia, Singapore. He was the Founding Head of the United World College Thailand and remains heavily involved in educational governance and is a regular speaker at international education conferences.
